Over the course of three evenings last week, all of the students and many members of staff celebrated Chinese New Year with a banquet at a local Chinese restaurant.
Everyone enjoyed a wide variety of good food, with dishes that included a delicious mixed starter, crispy aromatic duck, sizzling beef in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken, prawns with asparagus, lemon chicken and sweet toffee apples for dessert.
The evenings were a great success and seemed to be thoroughly enjoyed by all the students and staff.
A Happy New Year of the dragon to all!
