SPORTS DAY 2006

The third International College Sports Day took place on Thursday 25 May 2006. By some huge stroke of luck this was the only dry day in a wet week. The students enthusiastically competed for honours in track and field events. Records tumbled and overall faster times were recorded in comparison to last year. The competition this year was very stiff and all boarding houses closed for the afternoon as the entire College attended the Sports Day. There was little to separate the teams going into the last event which was the relays. Mowat House had a slender 6 point lead over Macnaghten House. Francis House were a further 3 points behind Macnagten House.

The final positions were:

Mowat House: 229 points
Francis House: 210 points
Macnaghten House: 209 points
